Catch-all Emails in Website Hosting
In case you host a domain on our cloud platform and you’ve got a website hosting account, you’ll be able to enable the catch-all feature for any email mailbox that you create under the domain name. The Hepsia Control Panel’s Email Manager section comes with quite a lot of features, but it’s amazingly easy to work with, so configuring a catch-all mailbox requires only a single click. All the email addresses that you have set up will be shown in this section alphabetically and you’ll simply need to click the "Catch-all" button associated with the concrete email address. Our system will notify you if there’s already another catch-all mailbox enabled for that domain or if the one that you want to be a catch-all mailbox has email forwarding enabled, so you can either turn off the latter feature or choose a different mailbox. Disabling the catch-all feature is just as simple and requires one more mouse click on the very same button.
Catch-all Emails in Semi-dedicated Hosting
You will be able to set up a catch-all address with no more than a click if you have a semi-dedicated service with us and your email messages are handled by our cloud hosting platform. All the email addresses that you create using any domain hosted in the semi-dedicated hosting account will be listed in the Email Manager section of your Hepsia Control Panel. Each of them will have a tiny "Catch-all" icon next to it, so all it will take to activate the feature will be to click on that icon. In the same way you’ll be able to turn off the feature, in case you don’t need it any longer. Our system will let you know in case you are attempting to activate a 2nd catch-all email address for a specific domain name or in case there’s activated email forwarding, but it’ll never alter or disable any feature automatically and without your approval.
